I invite you to slow down, return to alignment, and live in relationship with your body, your faith, and your knowing.
If you’re here, my hope is that something resonates.
This Is My Ethos.
I work at the intersection of identity, nervous system regulation, and leadership.
That shows up in how I work with people one on one through Origin, how I build community through House of Nine, and how I move through my own life publicly. I don’t separate those things. I live what I practice, and I practice what I share.
I’m known for helping people see themselves and their situations clearly through regulation, perspective, and alignment. When the body settles, perspective shifts. When perspective shifts, identity reorganizes.
Everything you find here comes from the same source. My work with clients. My community building. My faith. My curiosity. My growth. Different expressions, different containers, the same essence.
This is for you if…
You want to feel seen and recognized, not diagnosed.
You want to feel a sense of relief. Like, oh, this actually makes sense, and maybe this is why nothing else has worked the way you hoped.
You want to feel trust and a steady sense that this is a real pathway to working through what you’ve been circling for a long time.
You want to feel oriented. Like there’s a way forward that doesn’t require forcing yourself, fixing yourself, or becoming someone else; just coming back to yourself and moving from there - the most powerful place to come back to and move from.
My Work in the World
My work shows up through a few distinct forms, each held with the same depth and care.
If you want to explore how this work becomes more focused and relational, I welcome you into Origin.
If you’re drawn to community and shared growth, House of Nine is an open door.
If you’re interested in inviting me into conversations, rooms, or spaces for speaking, interviews, or collaborative work, I welcome those inquiries.
Freedom, agency, integrity, and truth guide how I work and how I show up. Freedom, in the sense of staying in choice. Agency, in trusting that people already hold wisdom within themselves. Integrity, in only sharing what I’m actively living. Truth, even when it’s quiet, slow, or still forming.
I also guide from lived experience. I believe choosing growth, movement, and responsibility over self-abandonment is one of the highest expressions of faith — faith in what I know from within — and one of the clearest paths to alignment.
I aim to create enough safety, in the body and in the spaces I hold, for truth to emerge.
